At OrangGO, it’s all about software that works—smart, reliable, and future-proof. We are an enthusiastic team of developers passionate about technology, specializing in the semiconductor industry. As a software developer with us, you’ll work on solutions for data acquisition, automation, and analysis in complex technical environments.

Working in a small team with a positive atmosphere
Here, you won’t find hierarchical layers or endless meetings. At OrangGO, you work in a small, close-knit team. We believe in short lines of communication, quick decision-making, and clear communication. You collaborate with smart, dedicated colleagues in an open and positive atmosphere. Your workplace: modern and central
Working from home? That’s possible. But we also find it enjoyable (and useful) if you’re regularly at the office. Because the best ideas often arise through discussion and collaboration.
At the beginning of 2024, we moved to a new, modern office in Hattemerbroek near Zwolle. Here, you’ll find plenty of space to work focused, brainstorm with colleagues, or just enjoy a good cup of coffee. Additionally, we have a smaller location in Groenekan, centrally located in the Netherlands, where several colleagues also work.
What we do – and what you help build
Our strength lies in developing back-end software that is crucial for organizations. At OrangGO, you work on back-end software that truly makes a difference. You develop solutions for our customers, focusing on data collection, process analysis, and smart control of equipment. You contribute not only to the technology but also to how we can make it even better.
You work closely with colleagues and customers. And because we are a small team, you receive a lot of responsibility and influence.
You contribute to software that is not only smart and stable but also adds real value to our customers’ production and testing environments.
What you can expect from us
Good employment conditions are a given for us:
- 26 vacation days + 4 ATV days (based on full-time employment)
- 8% holiday allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
- We pay 100% of your pension contributions.
